Seminole Hearts Quilt

I just love this quilt so much, it makes me smile. I received this fabric as a Christmas present from my Sister Roz and my Mum, it came from Chalk Hill Blue fabrics in Worthing, West Sussex.  I just love, love, love it – It’s Moda Gradients and is the most fun fabric I’ve seen for a while.  The colours in each strip range from pale to strong and make amazing patterns when you cut them in the right way.  I wanted to use just the fabrics without adding plains, I wanted that busy look.  It’s so bright and colourful.

I’m now ready to teach as a workshop and have two sessions available, it will run for four dates each, one evening group, which is almost full and one daytime group, yet to be advertised.

All ready for quilting, now shall I use straight lines or free motion the entire quilt.  I’ll show you when I decide.
